us one clear specimen of the Trade Mark.

reproduction of the Design (drawing or
photographs) in 2 sets with a brief description of the
views. The sizes of the reproduction can not exceed 15
cm X 18 cm

| Priority : |
priority document to be filed within 3
months from the date of the French application

| Assignment : |
if the applicant in France is not the
applicant of the basic application, assignment of priority
right executed by the basic applicant (no legalization). |
